Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all fashion items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original boutique tags attached before securely sealing them in their original packaging.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
